English/My lemon cheese cake journey

During this quarantine time, I started to bake a lemon cheese cake. Because I got very good organic lemons from Seto inland sea, Japan. 

This is my first cake. 
This is second. 
And this is third. 
I can’t stop scooping with a spoon when I pass the cake. Then my father is also obsessed with the cake. Every time he asks me “Why this cake is so good!!!?”
